Promotion Terms

Eligibility. Open to medical office assistants who opt in through this page during the promotion period. Enrolment is per email address; rewards are sent to the email used to opt in.

Promotion period. September 1–30, 2026. A request must be both submitted and paid within this window to qualify.

Qualifying requests. All Docnote request types qualify: Standard, Prescription Renewal, and Medical Records Request. A request qualifies only once the patient completes payment. Reward. A $5 Starbucks gift card for each qualifying paid request, sent to the opted-in MOA who submitted it. No minimum and no cap on the number earned.

Delivery. Gift cards are sent by email to the submitting MOA's opted-in address on the same day the patient's payment is processed.
