Does Docnote change how I write notes or complete forms?

No. The clinical work is yours and stays exactly as it is, whether you dictate, type, or use an AI scribe. Docnote starts once the finished work is in the chart.

What does it cost me?

5% of the service fee. There is no subscription, no setup cost, and no monthly minimum.

Is there a cost to the patient?

Yes. The patient pays a platform fee on top of the service fee, shown to them as an itemized line before they pay. Nothing is hidden and nothing is bundled.

How do I get paid, and when does the money reach me?

Each practitioner has their own Stripe Connect account. When a patient pays, the charge goes directly onto the practitioner's own account and settles to their balance at payment time. You own your Stripe relationship and can reach your funds and payout schedule directly through Stripe.
