OMD Digital Health Conference 2026

# Pre-Conference Survey: Closing the Digital Adoption Gap

Leading up to the OntarioMD Digital Health Conference, the Docnote team is surveying attendees to gather insights on digital tool adoption, digital workflows, and capacity across healthcare teams. The anonymous data collected will be presented and integrated into our lunch session at the Conference. The survey takes approximately 2 minutes to complete. Thanks in advance for your input!

Note: For this survey, “digital tools” refers to technologies and digital solutions designed to improve or automate practice workflows, including tools that work within or alongside the EMR.
