I Can't Log In to My Docnote Account
Having trouble logging in to Docnote? Try these quick troubleshooting steps before contacting support — most login issues can be resolved in minutes.
If you're having trouble logging in to your Docnote account, try the following steps before reaching out to support. Most login issues can be resolved quickly on your own.
Step 1 — Reset your password
The most common cause of login issues is an incorrect password. Select "Forgot Password" on the login page at https://app.docnote.com/login and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.
💡 Don't see the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder.
Step 2 — Check your email address
Make sure you are entering the correct email address associated with your Docnote account. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one.
Step 3 — Check your verification code
If you are being asked for a verification code and haven't received one, select Resend and give it a minute to arrive. As a patient, verification codes can be sent to either your email or mobile number — make sure to check both. Also check your spam or junk folder if you are expecting it by email.
Step 4 — Try a different browser or device
If the page isn't loading correctly, try clearing your browser cache, switching to a different browser, or logging in from a different device.
