How to Update Your Annual Plan Billing or Payment Method

Learn how to update the credit card or billing information linked to your Docnote Annual Plan directly from your account.

If your credit card details have changed or you need to update the payment method linked to your Annual Plan, you can do this at any time directly from your Docnote account.

Steps to update your billing or payment method:

  1. Log in to your Docnote account.
  2. Navigate to the Annual Plan section:
    • Phone or tablet: tap ☰ in the top left → select Annual Plan
    • Computer: select Annual Plan from the left-hand menu
  3. On the right side of the page, under "You are currently enrolled in the following Annual Plan", select the orange "Edit" button.
  4. Update your billing or payment details and save your changes.

💡 Reminder: Docnote accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express only.
