## Annual Plan pricing is set by your primary care provider. Learn how to view your provider's rates directly inside your Docnote account.

Annual Plan pricing is not set by Docnote — it is determined by your primary care provider and may vary depending on the plan type you choose. To find out the rates that apply to you, you can view pricing directly inside your Docnote account.

**View pricing in your Docnote account:**

1. Log in to your **Docnote account**.
2. Navigate to the **Annual Plan** section: 
     - **Phone or tablet:** tap **☰** in the top left → select **Annual Plan**
     - **Computer:** select **Annual Plan** from the left-hand menu
3. Tap **"Get Started"** to view the available plan types and their pricing.
